PROBLAY Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026

PROBLAY (“PROBLAY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by FiveX Collective LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through problay.com and the PROBLAY product, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, registered customers, and anyone who contacts PROBLAY support.

Information You Provide

When you use PROBLAY, you may provide information directly, including:

  • An email address, when you create a PROBLAY account or sign up for early access updates.
  • Your name and profile photo, if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Billing and payment information, provided directly to Stripe when you subscribe.
  • Any information you include when you contact PROBLAY support.

Account and Authentication Information

PROBLAY uses Clerk as its authentication provider. When you create a PROBLAY account, Clerk processes your email address and, if you choose to sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares as part of that sign-in (typically your name, email address, and profile photo). PROBLAY does not receive or store your Google account password, and PROBLAY does not itself store a password for accounts created through passwordless email sign-in.

PROBLAY's own product database keeps a local record of your account tied to your Clerk identity — your email address, display name, avatar image, and account status — so the platform can recognize you and associate your saved parlays and subscription status with your account.

Subscription and Billing Information

If you subscribe to PROBLAY PRO, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details, billing address, and related payment information directly — PROBLAY does not need to, and does not, store your complete payment card number or other full payment credentials in its own application database.

PROBLAY's own database stores subscription metadata received from Stripe, such as your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status (for example, trialing, active, or past due), billing interval, and relevant subscription dates (such as trial and billing period boundaries). This metadata is used to determine your access to PROBLAY PRO features and is not shared for any purpose unrelated to operating your PROBLAY subscription.

Product Usage Information

As you use PROBLAY, we store information related to your use of the product where it is necessary to provide the service — for example, parlays you choose to save to your account. We do not track or store your browsing behavior for advertising purposes, and PROBLAY does not use any third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking service.

Newsletter and Email Updates

PROBLAY's early access and newsletter signup is handled through Kit, a separate email service provider. If you subscribe to PROBLAY updates, the email address you provide is processed by Kit according to your interaction with that signup form. Newsletter subscription is independent of, and not required for, creating a PROBLAY account.

Signed-in customers may also choose to request email updates from their PROBLAY Dashboard or Account. These requests are optional, separate from creating a PROBLAY account, and are processed by Kit in the same way as the newsletter signup described above.

Server and Log Information

Like most web applications, PROBLAY's hosting infrastructure automatically records ordinary server and request logs when you visit problay.com or use the PROBLAY API — such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps, and the pages or API endpoints requested. These logs are used for operating, securing, and troubleshooting the service, not for advertising.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

PROBLAY uses cookies and similar technologies set by Clerk, our authentication provider, to keep you securely signed in and to recognize your session as you navigate the site. These functional/authentication cookies are necessary for PROBLAY to work and are not affected by the analytics choice described below.

PROBLAY also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and product, but only after you accept analytics cookies — Google Analytics does not load or set any cookie until you do. If you decline, no Google Analytics cookie is set and no analytics data about your visit is sent to Google. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to sign in or use PROBLAY. Google Analytics is not advertising or behavioral-tracking technology, and PROBLAY does not use it for advertising purposes.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Create and maintain your PROBLAY account and keep you signed in securely.
  • Provide, operate, and improve the PROBLAY product, including saved parlays.
  • Process subscriptions and determine PROBLAY PRO access.
  • Communicate with you about your account, subscription, or support requests.
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the platform.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service Providers

PROBLAY relies on a small number of service providers (sometimes called processors) to operate the platform, each acting on our behalf for the specific purpose described:

  • Clerk — authentication and account sign-in.
  • Google — optional social sign-in, only when you choose to use it.
  • Google Analytics — site and product usage analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Kit — email newsletter/early access signups.
  • Our infrastructure/hosting provider — running the PROBLAY application and database.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or use it for third-party advertising.

Data Retention

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your PROBLAY account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legitimate business, legal, tax, or record-keeping purposes. Saved parlays remain associated with your account until you delete them or your account is closed. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed by PROBLAY, and we rely on established providers (Clerk and Stripe) for the most sensitive parts of account authentication and payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

  • You can review and update certain account information through your PROBLAY account.
  • You can manage your PROBLAY PRO subscription, including cancellation, through the billing tools PROBLAY provides.
  • You can unsubscribe from PROBLAY newsletter emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
  • You can accept or decline Google Analytics cookies, and change that choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the site footer.
  • You can contact us at any time to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information.

Email Communications

We may send you emails related to your account, subscription, billing, or the PROBLAY service (for example, trial or billing notices). These service communications are separate from the optional Kit newsletter and are not something you can opt out of while maintaining an active PROBLAY account, since they relate directly to your account and subscription.

Children's Privacy

PROBLAY is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children. PROBLAY is not intended for anyone below the minimum legal age to enter into a binding agreement and, where applicable, the minimum legal age for sports wagering-related content in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as PROBLAY's product and practices evolve. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of PROBLAY after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
