Walk through a real example
Five quick steps using one finished game from the 2026 season. Nothing in this example is current, and none of it is a recommendation.
This is one selected historical game. It is not representative of PROBLAY's overall results.
Step 1 of 5
What a player prop is
Will the Carolina running back get more than 29.5 rushing yards in this game? That question is a player prop.
The sportsbook sets a line, and the prop is about whether the player finishes Over or Under it. A parlay is built from props like this one, so each leg is worth understanding on its own.

How to read a card
- PROBLAY probability
- PROBLAY probability is the model's estimated chance that the prop goes Over or Under the line. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Sportsbook-implied
- Sportsbook-implied probability is the chance the posted price implies. When both sides are priced, the sportsbook's margin (vig) is removed; otherwise it includes vig.
- The difference
- Comparing the two shows where the model and the market disagree. Use it as one input to your own research.
